In this workshop, we'll learn to consider the world through Ayurveda's bio-qualitative lens, which will help you identify how you feel & provide guidelines for using tools like food, herbs, & lifestyle activities to establish a state of body & mind of your choosing. A sampling of Pukka's organic tea blends will be served to practice recognizing & describing the relationship between qualities of herbs, spices & you. Inspired by Valentine's Day, we will also examine the qualities of love & explore insights that will bring the experience of love, of sweetness, contentedness & satisfaction into your life. Join Pukka and Noël for an evening of exploration with Ayurveda, philosophy, and tea! Specialty canapés and treats will be served by Maman, and all guests will return home with a gift from Pukka.
More on Ayurveda: Translated as ‘knowledge of life’, Ayurveda is a holistic philosophy that teaches how to live a healthy, wholesome life by cultivating balance in your unique body, min and spirit. Ayurveda's wisdom invites you to move into witness, into observing yourself in the present moment to become conscious of how you feel. What are the qualities of the sensations and emotions your body and mind are experiencing? How are these qualities influencing the way you perceive the world, the project yourself back out into it? How do you want to feel?
