This is the week for our Summer-Fall Seasonal Transition kitchari cleanse; we’ll take 3-4 days for a monodiet. If you’d like to add breakfast bread or stewed fruits to your morning, that is fine, they will help to cleanse the colon. Highly recommend the CCF tea to sip in the mornings and throughout the afternoon on your cleanse days!

Breakfast

• 1 loaf of gluten free breakfast bread (9”x4”) $25
  choose from: hazelnut, raisin-almond-allspice, lemon-almond, rose-pistachio-cardamom, banana-walnut ; base of gluten-free oats, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, psyllium husk, coconut oil, maple syrup, himalayan pink salt + additional nuts/spices per ‘variety’
  *very filling, excellent for elimination

• Stewed fruit 22oz $12 (small rectangle)
  some combination of apple, pear, banana or plantain, star anise, clove, ceylon cinnamon

Lunch/Dinner

• Kitchari with baby kale and zucchini (comes with curry leaf garnish on side) 16oz (paper disposable) $16.00 ; 35oz $32 (large rectangle container)
  split moong dal, basmati rice, spices (coriander, ginger, pippali, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon) + fried curry leaves with kalonji, cumin, brown mustard seed

Sides
*to add to your kitchari if you’d like additional veggies

• Japanese roasted sweet potato (1 whole potato)

Orders must be placed by 12pm Saturday for Sunday delivery.

*Make sure I have your glassware & glass jars!
Glassware containers must be dropped off at 242 E 72nd Street the night before/morning of delivery day.
Glassware pick-up is available for $10 and can be left night before delivery day with your doormen.
Please communicate your plan/needs ahead of time.
