In order to achieve health and balance, one must begin by examining the quality of their diet and lifestyle. This means investigating the foods and movement we nourish our bodies with and the relationships, careers, and settings that enrich our minds and our hearts. Does stress at work or home cause you to over or under eat? Does lack of energy throughout the day keep you hooked on high-sugar or high-caffeine foods? Does a busy schedule get in the way of routine exercise?

As a health counselor, Noël helps her clients learn how to define and understand their bio-individuality. She acts as a guide and a coach, assisting clients to achieve health goals like attaining ideal weight, managing stress, eliminating food cravings, stabilizing daily energy levels, and improving quality of sleep and digestion. Noël works one-on-one with clients to develop a step-by-step program tailored to their unique body and lifestyle and provides education, motivation, support and accountability along the way to reaching health goals. Clients learn how to listen to their bodies and interpret their intuition as they incorporate healthy habits into their lives.  

In addition to one-on-one counseling, Noël hosts wellness workshops and seminars.
